Melissa Allen ("we", "us") operates AttendanceBridge, an integration that syncs Zoom interview attendance into our customers' CRM systems. This policy explains what we access, store, and how we protect it.
When a customer authorizes AttendanceBridge with their Zoom account, we access: meeting information for meetings the app creates on their behalf; participant reports for those meetings (who joined, join and leave times, and duration); and basic host user information needed to assign the meeting host. We do not access recordings, chat messages, contacts, or any meetings the app did not create.
We store the OAuth tokens needed to act on the authorized account, identifiers of meetings we create, and attendance results (attended or no-show, and duration) for booked candidates. We store this only to provide the attendance-sync service.
OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to the AttendanceBridge service. We request only the minimum Zoom permissions required to deliver the service.
We write attendance results into the customer's own CRM. We do not sell data, and we do not share it with third parties for any other purpose.
We retain data only as long as needed to deliver the service. When a customer uninstalls AttendanceBridge or revokes access from their Zoom account, we stop accessing their account and delete stored tokens. Customers may request deletion of stored data by contacting us at mallen10185@gmail.com.
